We had Dolphin Roofing come out for a roof repair at our home and had a great experience. They showed up when they said they would, explained what was going on with the roof, and took care of the repair without trying to turn it into a bigger job than it needed to be. The crew was professional, worked clean, and everything was handled the way it should be. f you live in Coral Springs, you already know how brutal these rains get, and flat roofs take the hit. Ours was done. Constant leaks  and patch jobs that never lasted. They even temporary repaired it until the permits were ready and the leak stopped. We ended up going with Dolphin Roofing to install a re-roof/new roof and honestly, it was just a smooth, no-BS experience. They came out, actually got up there, showed me what was going on, and explained it in a way that made sense. No scare tactics, no upsell, just “here’s the problem, here’s how we fix it.” The crew showed up when they said they would, knocked it out, and cleaned up like they were never there. You can tell they know flat roofs, especially with how they handled the drainage (which is everything down here).
