We offer a Preventative maintenance service contract that maintains your roof to last a lot longer than expected. With a service contract, you will receive 3-4 service inspections throughout the year with the following services included:

Clean loose debris from the roof surface

Clean roof gutters

Seal and pitch pans

Apply aluminum or white elastomeric coating (optional)

Skylights

Clean top roof drains and scuppers

Seal penetrations

Seal flashing where needed
